An Introduction of the SSRF's Hard X-ray Microfocus Beamline (BL15U1)
[2] Design and Commissioning of Soft X-ray Spetromicroscopy Beamline at SSRF

Abstract:
[1] The hard X-ray microfocus beamline (BL15U1) at SSRF was fulfilled commissioning, and opened to users in May, 2009. The beamline BL15U1 is dedicated to hard X-ray microanalysis including X-ray micro-fluorescence (μ-XRF), micro-spectroscopy X-ray absorption near edge structure (μ-XANES), and X-ray micro-diffraction (μ-XRD), at energy range from 3.5-22.5 keV. Here, a report is presented on the optical design, beamline hardware, control, experiment station, commissioning, and some first results.

[2] Soft X-ray spectromicroscopy beamline is one of the seven beamlines in the 1st phase construction project at Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility. The design goal of this beamline is to produce a focused and monochromatic beam with tunable linear or circular polarization and energy covered from 200eV to 2000eV.  Scanning transmission X-ray microscopy was applied in the endstation. The beamline construction was finished and opened to users in May, 2009. I will introduce the design and commissioning of the beamline.
