The design goal of this beamline is to produce a focused and monochromatic beam with tunable linear or circular polarization and energy covered from 200eV to 2000eV. Scanning transmission X-ray microscopy was applied in the endstation. The beamline construction was finished and opened to users in May, 2009. I will introduce the design and commissioning of the beamline. Organizer: |
