In the first part of the talk, general progress is presented including machine parameters optimization, status of top-up operation, operational statistics, insertion device developments, etc. with emphasis on the non-linear behavior of the machine and the effects of insertion devices. In the second part of the talk, the transverse feedback system that we developed in collaboration with SPring-8 accelerator group is presented.
