Research Group: Nuclear Resonant Scattering
Overview of Research Group, Goals and Purposes: Activities to develop studies in a wide variety of scientific fields by using following nuclear resonant scattering methods are conducted in this research group. · Mössbauer spectroscopy using synchrotron
radiation, which gives the element-specific information of magnetism,
valence, and electronic structure under the extreme conditions such as
high-pressures, very thin films, etc. For the users who have no experience on the nuclear resonant scattering measurement, introduction of these methods will be afforded to access the experiments easily. As for the recently developed methods, precise measuring and analyzing methods will be introduced for all researchers who are interested in them. Furthermore, to perform leading-edge researches covering the use of new sources such as SACLA and SPring-8 II, proposals of new measurement and analysis methods will be discussed and supported, and latest researches and problems will be raised and discussed. |
