The SPring-8 Users Community (SPRUC) will perform the re-election for the 15 councilors who terminate the term of office at the end of March 2020 in accordance with the SPRUC by laws.

* How to Vote*
Online voting. The board of elections of SPRUC will e-mail about the list of candidates and voting guidance to all the members who has suffrage.

In case any SPRUC member who had not received the e-mail at the time of afternoon of December 2, 2019, please e-mail to users-senkyo@spring8.or.jp.

* Voting Period(Japan Time)*
Online voting will commence on Monday, December 2, 2019, and will close on Thursday, December 19, 2019, 12 noon JST.
Ballot counting will begin at 5:30 pm on Thursday, December 19, 2019.

For the members who cannot vote through the Internet, please download this ballot paper, and send it by e-mail or facsimile to the SPRUC Board of Elections. This ballot paper is restricted by the password. Please check the e-mail which had been sent to you.
