At the same link, you can check, modify, and delete your registration using Registration ID and password.
Registration page will temporally close on 30 September 2022 for participant preparation. It will restart during workshop and accept registration on the day. You can also pay by a credit card continuously.

Payment

• Registration ID and password are required for payment.
• You must finish the payment of early bird registration due on 20 August, and the payment of standard registration within one week after registration.
• Only credit card payment is accepted.

Registration Fee

All fees are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are inclusive of tax.

The following items are included in the registration fee.

• Attendance all the on-site and online session

As a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19, there will be no welcome party or banquet.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations must be made in writing to the WIRMS2022 office. Cancellations received prior to 20 August 2022 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after 21 August 2022 will not be refunded.

Privacy Policy

The WIRMS2022 office, which regards the handling of personal information by participants to be of prime importance, is implementing the following personal information protection policies. Those who register to participate in WIRMS2022 are considered to have agreed with these policies.

1. WIRMS2022 organizer will protect the personal information obtained through the registration process and will use it only for organizing WIRMS2022.
2. The personal information provided to WIRMS2022 will be shared with WIRMS2022 office and other organizations contracted to provide services to WIRMS2022.
3. WIRMS2022 office and other organizations contracted to provide services for WIRMS2022 will make efforts to prevent the disclosure, loss, destruction and/or damaging of personal information provided to WIRMS2022.
4. Images may be taken of you during the conference (photograph or video).
